Dr. Baxter is amazing. He took his time and was very thorough with explaining and showing us what was needed and why. His team was so kind. He even called the evening after the revision to check on my daughter. Absolutely top of the line care. We drove 3 hours with our 6 week old to see him and it was well worth it. Mind you there were 2 drs right down the street that could do the same procedure. He comes highly recommended by many and now I know why. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Baxter and staff are very friendly and understanding. Dr. Baxter knew exactly what was going on, very comforting to our daughter, and most importantly to us, prayed over our daughter before the lip and tongue tie procedure. The service went very smoothly and would highly recommend.

Could not have been happier with our experience. Dr Baxter and Savannah were incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the consult and procedure, and helped put this worried first time mom’s mind at ease. Dr Baxter made sure to call me himself later that afternoon after our son’s tongue/lip tie revision to check on him and see how we were doing. Very glad we found them to help us, would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Baxter and staff are awesome! They believe in pain management for newborns which was top on my list of looking for someone to treat my daughter’s tongue and lip tie. They were extremely thorough with education on tongue and lip ties and making sure we felt comfortable. Dr. Baxter did not push the revision on us in any way. He’s extremely warm and personable as are his staff. I had some anxiety around the procedure, he was finished in the time it took me to use the restroom. He called the same evening to follow up. They recommended several pain mitigation tactics for our daughter and said if we have any issues with insurance to put them in touch with our insurance to aid us in handling the claim. Would highly recommend.

Dr Baxter took excellent care of our 2.5 yr old daughter. He met with us before our daughters surgery & explained her procedure, answered all our questions, & prayed with us. He went above & beyond to make us & her comfortable & her safe. We are very pleased with his bedside manner & dental work he performed on her. We highly recommend he & his team!

The best doctor and experience! Dr. Baxter is amazing! He is kind, compassionate and listens. He is very informative and will answer any questions or concerns. My little one is very shy around strangers and he made her feel comfortable from the start. She was so relaxed for the procedure. The staff are very friendly too. As nervous parents they were able to put us at ease. We were so encouraged when Dr. Baxter prayed with us before the procedure. So thankful for this doctor and staff and we would recommend them to anyone. It was a great experience.

Moreover, his expertise in laser frenectomy helps many newborns experience better latching. Dr. Baxter provides comfort to these newborns and peace of mind to their parents.

Such a phenomenal experience! Our daughter was 2 months old and was severely struggling with getting her basic needs met breast feeding and bottle feeding. She needed an upper lip tie release along with a posterior tongue tie release and Dr Baxter was so kind and explained every step of the process to us! I recommend them to everyone we know with littles! Worth the drive.
